Notice is hereby given that the Finance Committee of the City of Spring Branch, Texas will conduct a regular meeting to be held on the 14th day of February 2021 at 10:00 AM at:

Fire Station #6, 9850 FM 311 in Spring Branch, Texas.

The following items will be discussed.

1. Call to order, roll call.
2. Review the past year’s monthly financial statements with the supporting documentation.  These will need to be signed off on.
3. Go through the procedures for review of cash accounts and cash needs projections according to the Public Funds Investment Act.
4. Sign & send RFP letters for banking relationship.
5. Sign & send RFP letters for audit.
6. Finance Committee Meeting is Adjourned
