2. Approve minutes from December Meeting
3. Financial report
4. Public comment
5. Discuss and consider approving a voluntary annexation request by H.E.B.
6. Discuss and consider a resolution to authorizing the City Commission to pass professional fees through to applicants
7. Adjourn regular meeting.
