The following items will be discussed.

1. Call to order, roll call and Pledge of Allegiance.
2. Approve minutes from September Meeting.
3. Financial report.
4. Discuss and review a draft for a comprehensive sign ordinance.
5. Discuss and consider Valvoline outdoor sign permit.
6. Discuss and consider Spring Branch Proclamation naming October 2025 as “Hill Country Night Sky Month”.
7. Public comment.
8. Adjourn Meeting.
